We will hope for an uninterrupted academic week, so that we can get back on track with the astronomy unit. Last week students completed and turned in their solar system project. These are graded and the grade will be returned and taped into the interactive notebook on Monday. We will also complete a solar system study guide in class, and there will be a matching quiz for the 14 objects of the solar system on WEDNESDAY (even if there is a snow day on Tuesday!). I will post the study guide under Class Handouts asap. Tuesday will be a review day.
Wednesday is the midpoint of the 3rd nine weeks. Interim grades will be taped into the interactive notebook by Thursday or Friday, and students may receive 5 points of extra credit for parent signature on the grade sheet. Those students with a D or F average will have an interim report mailed home for parent signature.
