Will we ever have a full week of school again? The forecast for Tuesday/Wednesday is not looking good...
My next objective is to have students complete their solar system project. Please look at the handouts under Class Links to see the assignment and expectations. Pre-ap students will have a different project, and their directions are posted under the Pre-AP heading. This project is very simple and was given to the students on Friday. There are 5 questions to answer, with a 6th free-choice item. All answers are in the book. Answers to these questions will be displayed on tri-folded computer paper (which I will supply on Monday). Students in regular classes should have their project complete by Wednesday (school or no school on Tuesday). Pre-ap students will need longer to complete their more complex project, and I will negotiate a due date with them on Monday.
Following the project, students will have a quiz on the 14 objects of the solar system. (study guide will be provided.) I HOPE to give this quiz by the end of this week.
