Snow???

We looked at the prognostication map from the University of Wisconsin super computer in class today and think there's a good chance of a LOT of snow this weekend! You can look for yourself to see if anything has changed. Go to http://www.aos.wisc.edu/weather/content/mrf_model/, then click on the Surface level G211 selections for the maps. Remember that Z time is Universal Time, so subtract 5 hours. (0Z is 12 midnight, so 0Z Saturday, December 19 is really 7pm Friday, December 18 for us!) Don't forget to look at the "540" line which predicts whether our moisture will be rain or snow.
