The 2nd nine weeks interim midpoint has been reached and interim grade reports will be taped into the interactive notebooks on Monday. The parents of the students who have a D or F average will have midpoint grades mailed to them this week. If you receive one, please sign and return it to me as soon as possible. The information we have covered this nine weeks (reflected on the interim grade report) will be the information covered on the first semester exam after Christmas. Please remind your child that they will see these quiz/test questions again!
This week will will focus on six renewable energy sources. These sources are detailed in Notepage #3, and we will complete a study guide frame in class which will outline the important facts about each source. I expect to give a quiz on this notepage by Friday. This is a very important subject as we struggle as a nation to overcome our addiction to fossil fuel energy. I believe my students are the hope for our future!
